My background as a linguist
I graduated in Linguistics at the University of Barcelona and gained my Qualified Teacher Status in the UK. I studied French Literature and Philosophy at the Université de Paris-Créteil and I worked for IFOCOP Business Institute in Paris as a Teacher of French and Spanish. I also worked at the Lycée Mme de Staël, a Secondary School in Montluçon, in France, as a Teacher Assistant of Spanish.
My interests beyond translation
I'm happy to live in Sussex and close to the hills as I love hikking. Getting away into the trails is one of my favorite hobbies. It's a time I get to spend relaxing, slowing down, taking in nature's beauty and planning projects.
